CARE International is looking to fill the position of Sexual, Reproductive, Maternal Health and Rights Advisor (SRMHR) Advisor in Cambodia. The SRMHR Advisor oversees the development, testing, adaptation, and implementation of behavior change communications materials/curricula and technical tools. The role also provides technical quality oversight of nutritional strategies and materials in multiple projects. It provides technical leadership and capacity building to staff and local partners including government and civil society. The role engages and contributes to technical working groups and liaises with relevant health authorities in Cambodia.
To be successful in this role you will have postgraduate degree in public health or related field and a minimum of five years’ experience in related programming. Your extensive experience in the design and development of complex project interventions including experience in implementing institutionally funded SRMHR projects and programs will set you apart from others. All applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills and demonstrated ability to build strong mutually beneficial relationships with a diverse cross cultural group of stakeholders. These skills will ideally be complemented by your experience leading a multi-disciplinary, multi-national team under difficult circumstances.
