CARE International in Myanmar is looking to fill the position of Project Director in Rathedaung, Rakhine State. The role provides strategic leadership and management to the implementation of the Food Security, Resilience and Social Cohesion of Households and Communities in Rathedaung Township, Rakhine State Project. The role is also responsible for establishment of systems and procedures ensuring effective planning and implementation in association with CARE staff, local community and government partners.
We are looking for applicants who are interested in working in an exciting and challenging environment with experience in the project management of large multi-sector projects in conflict or post conflict settings. Your experience in leadership and management in a complex international setting, as well as your excellent people management and interpersonal skills will make you an ideal candidate for this role. Your strong communication and influencing skills, including capacity building and managing complex and diverse stakeholder relationships will set you apart from others.
