Viet Nam: Final Evaluation Consultant – Nâng Quyen Project

CARE International in Vietnam is looking for an External Consultant for Final Evaluation. The main purpose of the evaluation is to assess the effectiveness, relevance, efficiency, sustainability and impact of the NQ project. It will generate lessons learnt and recommendations for future projects targeting FSW, and programming under CARE’s SMP program more broadly. The primary audience will be CARE staff, the donor, and project partners.
